Tax calculations; no professional advice
The Service provides automated tax calculation functionality intended to assist with sales tax workflows.
The Service is provided for informational and operational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying results and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any damages, penalties, interest, or other losses arising from incorrect tax calculations, tax settings, configuration issues, or reliance on Service outputs.
Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, content, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Acero Technologies is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
